| Woman driving medical transport vehicle dies in Bedford County crash BEDFORD Co., Va. (WDBJ7) According to Virginia State Police, a driver of a medical transport vehicle, 32-year-old Lanessa Marie Brown of Charlottesville, has died in a car crash in Bedford County Thursday. State police say the crash happened on Route 723 in Bedford County at 6:22 a.m. Thursday.
